It’s difficult to get a substantial amount of protein in the day because…

1) We don’t have the routines to back up cooking it for the week or grocery shopping to get it done

2) We crave sugar so we lean towards carbs instead of protein for snacks (which actually just confirms you’re probs in a nutrient or protein deficiency anyway)

3) We arnt aware how much protein to eat or how to get it into snacks

Yet, protein is a huge deal in our day! It helps with HORMONE REGULATION, immune system, and cognitive health for a few. When we’re lacking in protein, it creates a snowball effect of other symptoms that are usually controlled with medication.
Let’s take it back a step and create a specific routine for your week and day that this is possible!

No guilt, just guidance. 🤘🏼💕
