Rebuilt Personal Training: Jodi Cox
Jeff and Jodi are the exclusive personal trainers for Rebuilt. Today, Jodi joined the KAMR segment and talked about “tech neck,” also known as “text neck.” Cox showed off a few stretches that one can do to alleviate the pain involved with “tech neck.”
