You guys know I LOVE working out with bands.
1) You can take them anywhere
2) They can be a supplement to strength training instead of going to the gym
3) You can work the full body
4) You can use bands as accessory work to work out the small muscle groups we often neglect
Today I am showing you guys on KAMR how to pair a strength building movement and a cardio movement that both work the same muscle group.
Make sure you use the appropriate band and perform each movement safely
Workout:
5 Rounds
1 minute High Knees
20 Banded Lateral Steps
Rest 60-90 Seconds
5 Rounds
1 Minute Incline or Regular Push Ups
20 Banded Pull Aparts
if youre feeling spicy, repeat it all again! This is a 15-20 minute workout that will leave you feeling energized for the rest of your day and works your upper AND lower body!
