HIIT Exercises to Burn Fat

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Haley Sparks joined us in the studio on Thursday to show us some high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that can help work up a major sweat.

The workouts are designed to increase stamina, and strength, and burn fat fast by increasing the calories burned in a short amount of time.
