When dining out at Mexican restaurants, •opt for grilled proteins like chicken or fish, choose dishes with plenty of 🥗

•go easy on the cheese and sour cream,

• consider salsa as a flavorful, lower-calorie topping.

• you can control portion sizes and be mindful of high-calorie extras like chips and fried items! Have the small handful and be done with it.

• Opt for water or unsweetened beverages,

If possible, check the menu in advance to make healthier choices, and consider sharing dishes!
