I was still obsessed with counting calories, would cry in the bathroom from being so stressed out on how to balance pizza during a track meet Or from the guilt of having a flavored club soda after my 5k race. I had no one to talk to about it.
I just drove myself mad all while telling myself I was a pathetic excuse for someone with an eating disorder (when you’re in a relationship with ED, it’s almost empowering until you realize you have 0 power)

It’s why and how lm so passionate about how I coach! I created a program that’s going to dial in on not just the nutrition, but I need to know that mindset too. I will have clients tell me that they didn’t realize I appreciated hearing that side of their week as well, but I really do. I want to know it all. It’s not babysitting, it’s necessary!

When I started to lose weight it started sending my body into shock. I’d pass out in the hallways in college and It would take every bit of me to make it through practices. I faked it for as long as I could.

BUT CHECK IT.
I didn’t go to therapists, nutritionists or doctors. I figured that ishh out through trial and error in my own journey. I failed over and over again on my goals and mindsets, but I didn’t quit. I may have had my pedal to the metal in the wrong direction, but it didn’t let up when I found the right direction. I pressed on, I pushed through. I gained the weight and I figured it out.
