Talking to your Friend about Spiritual Warfare
I was telling a family member the other day the foundation to our spiritual battle for the Lord is prettyyyyy much a demo of: patience, and passing tests.
That’s how I see LIFE. If God is always working for our good, then the “bad” that’s occurring isn’t from God, right? Pass the test.
And if the Bible says we’re not battling flesh and blood (humans) but disembodied SPIRITS, then knowing the functionality of spiritual warfare is ESSENTIAL.
When we become a proclaimed Christian, the devil now sees you as a threat because you’re not comfortable living for the world and yourself. So what happens, spiritually?
The devil will rally HIS army to send all the hardships. So when we’re team Jesus, we repent, but then leave open doors for the enemy, the Word says that that demon will go and find 7 more unclean spirits more wicked them themself and return back to their host.
Matthew 12:43-45
BUT we don’t have to negotiate with Satan. He knows he’s already lost with Jesus coming and dying for us, but he isn’t threatened by Christian’s that don’t walk in their authority. Christian’s that practice the worlds ways, but live off of grace in order to be saved after continuously sinning.
Remember. The devil doesn’t care. God does. But he gives us a free will to choose.
We don’t have to battle with sickness, disease, poverty, financial strain. We just don’t.
Stand firm when you rebuke the devil and unclean spirits and know, even if it’s hard times, it’s only a battle to pass with patience and praise.
God will pull you through it if you just have faith and walk in that truth!
