HALEY SPARKS PULLEN

I am not new to the fitness world. I live, eat, and breathe, health.
After battling my own insecurities in the gym and eating disorder struggles, the journey to getting healthy wasn’t as easy as what the “influencers” made it out to be.
My goal as a coach is to make the class adjustable for each member, so we can work hard, show up for ourselves, and leave better, from the inside, out!

What are MAD40, MAD60 Group Training Sessions

Mad Sessions are 40minute and 60 minute coed group training sessions led by me, Coach Haley Sparks!
Our class schedule integrates Hyrox, weight training, and functional exercises modifiable for every fitness level. We focus on enhancing endurance and strength through functional movements, enabling you to maintain and improve your overall health, long term. With this approach, I can ensure that all members can progress at their own pace while receiving guidance tailored to their individual needs.
