If you find your Chest feeling Tight…
McKinley Brockman, personal trainer for Rebuilt Life Coaching, joined Today in Amarillo to show off a few upper body exercises. These will help you really loosen up your chest and back, especially if you’re someone who finds themselves typing all day, driving majority of the day, or even on our phones for long periods of time! Don’t miss out on these!
Brockman demonstrated three exercises to help relieve tension. The exercises include:
Standing Wall Angles
Neck Rolls
Seated Chest Opener
Brockman explained that the standing wall angels help improve shoulder mobility and relieve upper back tension. The neck roll exercise helps with relieving neck tension and pain. She explained that the seated chair opener helps stretch the chest and shoulders.
