Okay then you can stick with feeling bloated and lethargic and not complain about it lol but really, did yall know sugar is SEVEN times more addicting than cocaine? But sugar is legal.
When we’re feeding our body artificial sugars for convenience, eating starchy, sugary, processed carbs for breakfast (that may be your bars and premier protein peeps) then of course you’re going to crave it the rest of the day! It’s an addiction that has needs.
Health specialists recommend 25-32g a day of natural sugar.
Here’s a little homework for us… look at every label you’re eating out of and see how fast that adds up.
We’ve normalized poor health because the drug industry would have zero patients if we all knew how horrible processed foods were for us.
Not only brain fog, but obesity, heart disease, and diabetes are rampant because of sugar alone.
We’re not just cutting our sugar because you quit eating sweets. It’s a start. That’s awesome, but if you really want to monitor your sugar intake, take a look at the packages you’re buying and how much “added sugar is in it.”
I’ve had clients that won’t eat a handful of grapes, but they’ll go eat a Reese’s cup. How does that make sense lol (that used to be me by the way in my eating disorder)
